	Q01 - I cant download Songs or videos "Page Cannot Be Displayed Error"
	Answer :- Do not use Download Management Softwares Like Download Accelerator [DAP] or Getright. SMP3 is not supported with these kind of softwares.(this can happen if that link is a dead link also. if your not using any kind of download managment software and if you got this error please report it to sinhalamp3@gmail.com)
	Q02 - I cant download Songs or videos "Security Exception. Event logged and sent for review"
	Answer :- If your computer is using Symantec Internet Security sute / Symantec Personal Firewall. it will block our site Java Technologies.those softwares will block downloads @ sinhalamp3.com.disable this softwares to start the download.
	Q03 - Some ziped Songs/Videos downloaded from sinhalamp3.com cannot extract using WinRAR why is that?
	Answer :- Some ziped files you downloaded from sinhalamp3.com cannot extract using WinRAR becuase those files are highly encrypted.you have to use Winzip to extract those. we recomend to use winzip v9 or higher vertion to extract those files.Free Latest Version of Winzip can download from www.WinZip.com
	Q04 - Some Files are asking to enter a password to extract the files. what is the password.
	Answer : password is sinhalamp3.com or www.sinhalamp3.com
	Q05 - once i click on a download button Windows Media Player or Quick time player start to play the file. its not asking to save the file.
	Answer : This happen due to the windows media player or any other media plater settings u have in your computer.if your windows media player start to play. open windows media player and go to tools and select options and go to file type tab and un tick the mp3 extenstion from the list.like wise you can do those kind of changes in your other music players also.[Or you can wait till the fill file finish streeming after that you can go to files menu and save it to your computer.
	Q06 - Why cant i use "right click save target as" option?
	Answer : you can use that option. but not for all the songs.
	Q07 - Why SMP3 is not support for Download management softwares?
	Answer : thats block to protect the site files from Leeacher/ Hackers.
	Q08 - How can i register with sinhalamp3.com and get a user name and password to download songs / videos?

	Q09 - Can i add my song / Video to SinhalaMP3.com ? if yes how?
	Answer : You can send your song or video to sinhalamp3Gmail.com email account. if its a big file (like a VIDEO) if user wants admin can provide a FTP path to upload the work.
	Q10 - Why admin takes 2 to 3 days to reply to some emails we send?
	Answer : Due to high email volume we get per day.some times replys can be dilay. but we reply to all the emails we get.
	Q11 - Why my song is not added to sinhalamp3.com? whts the reason?
	Answer : two things can happen. first one is that song is not that good to promorte @ sinhalamp3.com. second is admin forgot to add the song to the site While adding other songs.please remind us if there is a dilay of adding the song to the site. then you find the real situataion of your song.
	Q13 - I can download videos but cant play why is that?
	Ok This can be a CODEC problem in your pc. Try installin windows media player latest version plus DivX on your pc you can download microsoft windows media player latest versions at www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia/ to downloda DivX latest vertion visit www.DivX.com
